What we collect
Received stores the package and recipient information your staff enter — including recipient name, room number, contact email/phone, tracking number, carrier, and any label photo you capture — along with your account and property details.
How we use it
We use this data to operate the package-tracking service: logging packages, notifying recipients, and producing reports for your property.
Subprocessors
We use Supabase (database, authentication) and Anthropic (AI label reading). Label photos are sent to Anthropic to extract package details. We use Resend for email delivery when notifications are enabled.
